William J. "Billy" Trainor, 16, died October 17 in his Westfield home. Trainor had reportedly been at his friend Jaden Bishop's house until, Bishop said, Trainor's parents called him to say they knew he was not at the library and that he should come home immediately. In addition to the lie, Trainor arrived home after his curfew, had cracked his glasses and lost his iPad earlier that day at school, and dented his father's car hitting a post on entering the Bishops' driveway. According to Bishop, the last thing Trainor said before he left for home was, "Oh man, my parents are so going to kill me."
