Paul T. McCluskey, 27, died of cardiac arrest on September 5 in his near-east Indianapolis apartment. McCluskey was in the process of consuming his eighth Doritos Locos Taco Supreme of a twelve-pack at the time of his death. “Every time a fast food place came out with something new,” roommate John Atherton reflected, “Paul just had to try it. And when I say ‘try,’ I mean eat like ten of ‘em at a time.” McCluskey’s other roommate Will Jameson added, “He always said he was like that Super-Size Me guy [filmmaker Morgan Spurlock] except he had more commitment because he was at it for, like, ten years instead of thirty days. And he wasn’t making a movie about it. And that Super Size Me guy is still alive."
