INDIANAPOLIS - Following a soul-crushing defeat to rival and high school jock Troy Davis, judo enthusiast Brent Culpepper guessed Monday that he just isn't cut out for this sort of thing. Despite encouragingly sentimental words from his father, a tearful Culpepper nonetheless picked up his back-pack shortly after today's humiliation and ran dramatically for the school's exit, declaring "I'm just another nobody." According to scriptwriters, however, it is widely believed that Culpepper will eventualy overcome such pessimism and attain victory in a tense, but gratifying, slow motion finale later this month.
