Phillip H. Belltower, 49, died September 7 in his Westfield home. Belltower, who was an avid marathon runner, avoided tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, and all processed foods. “He always took such good care of himself,” said his widow Margaret Belltower, 46. “He said he wanted to be sure to stay around for a long, long time.” Mr. Belltower choked to death on the uncooked sprouted grain bun of his raw nut and vegetable “burger.”
