Anyone who has ever entered the mysterious world of Twitter will no doubt be familiar with the concept of shortened URLs. For those who aren't, shortened URLs are like dwarf versions of an actual URL. For example, a shortened version of www.theindytribune.com is http://bit.ly/wN6q7v.

So you'll imagine our amusement when we came across this beauty of a shortened URL, which, coincidentally, was a link to an Indy Tribune article that had synced with Twitter via Facebook..
